What was the first color in the Universe? And what is the average hue of the Universe now? The answers to these questions – an orange glow similar to firelight and, respectively, an ivory hue that astronomers named “cosmic latte” – inspired the color scheme for Gaep booth at miart 2022, Emergent section.
From Mihai Plătică’s works that combine landscape photography with chemical elements such as niobium and vanadium, to Sebastian Moldovan’s deceptive stones, made of papier-mâché, the presentation was all about the nature of matter.
